Invent a holiday! Explain how and why everyone should celebrate.
It would be a day where no one speaks to me (possibly other autistic people too?) unless specifically invited to do so. No one would hoover or eat loudly. No one would look you in the eye. No one would accuse us of arguing just because we need more clarity. You would have the option to stay in your own home in utter silence or activity of own choice with no explanation or permissions required.
