Hello and welcome

This site is in its infancy, so bear with me.

I’m really hoping to use this site to explore my autistic traits and to figure out both how I’ve compensated unknowingly and how I can best move forward.

So far I’ve spent over 50 years of my life with absolutely no idea I was autistic, so it’s a real learning curve.

I’ve been relying on the wisdom of authors and YouTubers up to now.
